Thanks for checking out my blog! I've never done this before, and to be honest I feel a little silly. But, I'm too lazy to email everyone ever day, and my folks will freak out if I don't keep in touch while I'm gone. So, as often as I can I'll be posting pictures, videos, info, thoughts, and occasionally a request for bail money. Note to self: find out if they have bail in Uganda. I'll also be updating facebook, so feel free to let me know what's new with you as well.
What you should know: My address in Uganda is 6 Nekambuza Road, Kampala, Uganda. If you're feeling generous, you can send school and personal supplies for the kids, but I have no clue how long it will take mail to arrive, so check it out before sending anything. I'll be there until August 6, so if you expect your package would arrive after that, address it to Phionah Rumanyika, the program director. Also, if you're not a Skype member, you should be because you can call people around the world for super cheap. Once you become a member, look me up and add me to your list of contacts. That way, we can talk on the phone as if I were home. Keep in mind that Kampala is eight hours ahead of St. Louis, so plan accordingly.
I'm hopping my plane on June 30, so call me and tell me how awesome I am before I leave. I love you and miss you all already!
